These Terms apply when you use https://www.lcbloom.com/ or purchase products from 广州力感社贸易有限公司, trading as LCBLOOM.

Eligibility

The website and its products are intended only for adults who have reached the age of majority in their location. By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a purchase contract and that the information you provide is accurate.

Product information and colour

We aim to describe products accurately. Images are illustrative and colour may vary because of lighting, screen settings and handmade production. The standard L17 and M15 tones are Light, Caramel and Ebony. Custom colour review is quoted separately and begins only after the details and price are confirmed.

Orders and payment

An order is accepted only after payment is authorised and we send an order confirmation. We may cancel or request additional verification for suspected fraud, pricing errors, unavailable stock, shipping restrictions or legal compliance. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount received for that order.

Processing and delivery

In-stock orders normally require 3–5 business days before dispatch. Custom-colour or backordered products may require additional time confirmed before production. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by customs, carrier delays, weather or events outside our control. Customers are responsible for providing a complete deliverable address and for import taxes or duties unless checkout explicitly says otherwise.

Care and use

Customers must follow the product care and use information supplied with the product or published on the website. Stop using a product if it becomes damaged or causes discomfort. Product information is not medical advice.

Returns and problems

Returns, cancellations, damage reports and refunds are governed by the Refund & Returns Policy below, which forms part of these Terms.

Intellectual property

LCBLOOM names, product photographs, original text, designs and other website content may not be copied or commercially reused without written permission, except where applicable law permits.

Liability and applicable law

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for a product order is limited to the amount paid for the affected product. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the seller’s place of establishment, without removing any mandatory consumer rights that apply in the customer’s country.
